I am so grateful that I found Long Island Physical Therapy. I have advanced scoliosis, which gave me chronic lower back pain, poor posture, and difficulty doing daily activities. Dr. Javaid and her staff are very caring and professional. They addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr. Javaid did a thorough assessment of my condition and created a treatment plan just for me that was adjusted as I progressed and got stronger.

After a few months of therapy, my posture is greatly improved, I am stronger, walking more and doing what I want without the awful pain. Dr. Javaid also gave me a plan to do at home to maintain my new improved state.

I give Long Island Physical Therapy 5 stars and would definitely recommend this center to friends and family.

She is an amazing doctor.

She is an amazing doctor. Pays attention to every detail and knows exactly what she needs to do. I used to have pain in my shoulders and neck, checked by many doctors but they all were telling different stories. Finally, I visited Dr. Warda and she diagnosed what actually was happening. After a few visits for treatment, it’s all gone now. I love definitely recommend this doctor who is looking for a good and professional physical therapist.

It’s a newly established PT office. I am very impressed with their hygienic protocols. The therapist is hands-on, it’s not like other PT offices where u r left with PT assistants. Definitely going back there…
